Over the past 4 years I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Justin Tetreault of Just-in-Time IT. His expertise and project management skills are without a doubt some of the best I have seen in this industry. He and his team are very dedicated hard working people that focus on the big picture of projects and make sure that they comb over every little detail ensuring 100% satisfaction for the users as well as the IT department.

Justin has enabled Spaulding & Slye Colliers to pull off major infrastructure moves without a hitch. Often times we have needs to make internal shuffles that range from 10 users up to 100 and in very tight guidelines. He is able to help facilitate what is needed to get the technology equipment moved, installed, and tested for optimal performance. It is because of this that we continue to utilize his skills and also refer his services to our other Real Estate affiliates.

Not only is his company instrumental on move coordination and implementation they are also who we use for our Outsourcing program. We are built on three main offices with over 74 remote sites. Just-in-Time IT is an extension of the IT Department, which we utilize to ensure fast onsite support for those who are outside our main offices. Justin is able to handle all of the PC Technical issues as well as serving as a consultant on proper job site setups. We are able to count on his judgment and experience to ensure that the best solution for our site office is selected, installed, and setup. He is always there with a positive attitude and a calming ability to help ease the stress of our users and help them to understand what is needed to continue operating once he is gone.

We also use Just-in-Time to help us cover our Corporate Head Quarters Support Desk when our current IT staff is unavailable. His professional manner and knowledge have been widely embraced and his efficiency while working in the office has helped to alleviate the high demand of support requests, which in turn assists our current support staff.

Without a doubt Justin’s contributions to the success of our IT Department is innumerable. We could not be able to give the high level of support to over 500 users in 77 locations without his assistance and it is because of this that I would highly recommend his services to any one of my colleagues.
